We didn't end up purchasing our property through Cranfords but of all the estate agents who we dealt with when searching for a house, we found Cranfords to be the most pleasant to deal with. A straightforward and honest approach which was very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to deal with Cranfords in the future.

After almost 2 years, the search is over thanks to Cranfords. We have finally secured our dream home and will be closing in
the coming weeks. For those of you who know us well, will know we are a meticulous couple and whilst that is a great quality it can
be particularly challenging for Estate Agents who have had to answer pre-prepared questions, watch us measure everything twice and
have even been known to take our own ladder to a viewing….
This approach for some would be considered laughable but our local Estate Agents have been amazing, tolerating our quirks with
grace and patience.
