After almost 2 years, the search is over thanks to Cranfords. We have finally secured our dream home and will be closing in the coming weeks. For those of you who know us well, will know we are a meticulous couple and whilst that is a great quality it can be particularly challenging for Estate Agents who have had to answer pre-prepared questions, watch us measure everything twice and have even been known to take our own ladder to a viewing…. This approach for some would be considered laughable but our local Estate Agents have been amazing, tolerating our quirks with grace and patience. I want to say a huge thanks to the Cranfords team; Dominic Bacon, Fran & Nathan (also Natalie way back in the beginning), they have each spent numerous hours managing our expectations and calming our nerves when we have been worried, not only did they invest their time and effort into ensuring we found the home of our dreams they did it in a wonderfully bespoke manner by taking the time to learn what was and was not important to us; even when the market slowed down they would frequently check in with us to provide reassurance the right home was out there waiting for us… Thank you Cranfords for being part of our journey
