Dominic Bacon
Dominic Bacon has been at the helm of Cranfords since 2012, when he took over the business alongside his mother, Corinne. With a background as a negotiator at another respected local estate agency, Dominic brought with him a wealth of experience and a clear vision for Cranfords’ continued success. As Managing Director, he leads the team with energy, integrity, and a hands-on approach that clients truly value. Known for his cheerful manner, strong negotiation skills, and proactive mindset, Dominic is both well-liked and trusted by clients old and new.
Francesca Sanchez
With a background in both recruitment and as an air stewardess, Fran brings a wealth of experience in customer service—skills that translate seamlessly into her role at Cranfords.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, Fran manages all property advertising, prepares property details, and coordinates the legal processes, surveys, and client queries involved in buying or selling a home. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication ensure that every transaction runs smoothly and efficiently.
Corinne Bacon
Corinne Bacon brings a wealth of experience to her role as Head of Human Resources, with a strong background in customer service, including a significant career in banking and hands-on experience running a busy boutique hotel. Known as the team’s trusted confidante, Corinne’s supportive and solutions-focused approach makes her perfectly suited to lead HR.
Nathan De Carteret
Nathan joined Cranfords in 2021 as an Open and Local Market Property Negotiator after successfully completing his Business Studies Diploma. Fresh out of college, he brought with him a positive attitude, a constant smile, and a genuine enthusiasm that quickly made him a valued member of the team. With a number of years of experience now under his belt, Nathan has built a solid reputation within the industry and is well-regarded by clients, many of whom consider him a favourite.
Steve Bacon
Steve, alongside his wife Corinne and son Dominic, purchased the company in 2012. For many years, he also served as the Head of the Hospitality and Catering Department at Guernsey College of Further Education. After leaving the college in 2020, Steve transitioned to semi-retirement, though he never quite manages to stay still for long. Now, he plays an invaluable role as our trusted property maintenance expert and caretaker of the office.
