Having taken over Cranfords with his mother Corinne since 2012, the team is overseen by Managing Director, Dominic Bacon. Dom previously worked as a negotiator at another local estate agency, gaining all the experience he needed to head the busy Cranfords team. Dom’s cheerful manner, negotiating skills and pro-active approach make him popular with all of our clients, old and new.

Director & Office Manager

Overseeing the day to day running of Cranfords is Director and Office Manager, Francesca Sanchez who has worked for Cranfords since 2013. Having previously worked at a recruitment agency and as an air stewardess, her previous roles have helped her understand the importance of great customer service. As well as managing the office, Fran deals with all of the property advertising, production of property details and handles the legal procedures, surveys and queries of your property purchase or sale.

Head of Human Resources

Corinne Bacon, Head of Human Resources, joins us from a solid customer services background, having, amongst other things a substantial banking history and experience in running a small, busy hotel. Corinne is the ‘confidante’ of the team with her supportive and problem-solving nature which makes her the ideal Head of HR. She has owned Cranfords with her husband Steve and son Dominic since 2012 but as of 2021 Steve and Corinne have decided to take a step back into semi-retirement and Corinne now works part time with the team and Dom has now acquired the company.

Property Maintenance & Cranfords Caretaker

Having bought the company in 2012 with his wife Corinne and son Dominic, Steve was also working full time as Head of the Hospitality and Catering Department at Guernsey College of Further Education for many years. Having left the college in 2020, he is now semi-retired but can never quite sit still for too long. He is our very trusted property maintenance man and caretaker of the office. Steve offers many maintenance services for any client who is wanting help in order to prepare their property to sell or rent, as well as gardening and property maintenance for our managed rental properties. Steve is extremely efficient and has a keen eye for detail.

Fresh out of College passing his Business Studies Diploma, Nathan joined Cranfords as an Open and Local Market Property Negotiator in 2021. Always wearing a smile and having a positive attitude Nathan adds a valued, enthusiastic approach and has become a great addition to the team.
